Excel League

Dedicated to developing young athletes through professional coaching and a supportive community.

Our Excel League is a competitive soccer league focused on creating a more dynamic soccer environment for challenging experienced players. Through this program, players will refine and develop more advanced dribbling, passing, kicking,  and defensive skills, while introducing more advanced rules of soccer. This league is designed to provide a more competitive experience that does not require extensive travel.

• 7 week schedule
• Games will be played in two 20-minute or two 25-minute halves
• Practices will be held separately during the week.
• Everyone plays each week
• Scores will be recorded
• 7-on-7 or 9-on-9 format with goalie
• Player Positions will begin to be introduced
• Throw-ins are utilized
• Offside is introduced
• Customized jerseys with Last Names provided

AGES: 7 Yrs and Under

GAME DAYS: Sunday

GAME LENGTH: Two 20-minute halves

TOTAL TIME: 1 HR

BALL SIZE: Size 4 Soccer Ball

GOAL SIZE: 6.5ft x 18ft (or similar)

PLAY FORMAT: 7 vs. 7 (including goalie)

9U Division

AGES: 9 Yrs and Under

GAME DAYS: Sunday

GAME LENGTH: Two 25-minute halves

TOTAL TIME: 75min

BALL SIZE: Size 4 Soccer Ball

GOAL SIZE: 6.5ft x 18ft (or similar)

PLAY FORMAT: 7 vs. 7 (including goalie)

12U Division

AGES: 12 Yrs and Under

GAME DAYS: Sunday

GAME LENGTH: Two 25-minute halves

TOTAL TIME: 75min

Founded in 2010, we have grown from a small community program to a regional powerhouse, serving over 1,200 athletes across multiple disciplines. Our coaching staff consists of former collegiate and professional athletes who are passionate about passing on their knowledge to the next generation.
